Jelena Stanić was admitted to the Bar Association of Vojvodina in 2011 with the seat of Law Office in Novi Sad. She completed legal apprenticeship with attorney at law Vladimir Beljanski as a mentor. Before engaging in legal profession, she worked for the NGO Centre for Free Elections and Democracy and she was appointed in numerous NGO-s where she worked on a number of projects related to protection of the human rights and fundamental freedoms, election rights, protection and improvement of gender equality etc. In 2003 she started to work in the Beljanski Law Office, first as an associate, where after completing her apprenticeship she started to work as an attorney at law.
She holds the license for defense of juvenile offenders and representation of juveniles as injured parties in criminal proceedings. She represents individuals, companies and public enterprises in court proceedings. She is mainly engaged in litigation, labour disputes, disputes arising from Law on Public Information and Media, proceedings before the Constitutional Court and ECtHR.
In 2019 she obtained a license for mediation in dispute resolution and has been registered as a mediator in the Registry of Mediators of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia.
