Milica Lalić-Mrazek was admitted to the Bar Association of Vojvodina in 2004 with the seat of Law Office in Novi Sad. She completed legal apprenticeship in the District Court of Novi Sad. Areas of her professional engangement are property law, labour law, family law, as well as representation of companies, public enterprises and individuals in all proceedings before courts and other state authorities. Since 2006 she holds the license for defense of juvenile offenders and representation of juveniles as injured parties in criminal proceedings. She represents companies in administrative proceedings and disputes, mostly in the area of tax law.
Knowledge and experience in the field of human rights and fundamental freedoms, and especially election law, she gained in NGO-s as a coordinator of the Centre for Free Elections and Democracy and as a member Central Electorial Commision for elections of the national councils of national minorities, and by participating in observation missions and in the number of trainings and seminars on international level. In order to improve her knowledge in the field of human rights and their protection before the ECtHR, she attended a number of certified seminars, as well as a study course at the University of Florence.
In 2019 she obtained a license for mediation in dispute resolution and has been registered as a mediator in the Registry of Mediators of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia.
